Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The app loads question data on first launch. Ensure your device has at least 200MB of free storage. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app.
Try going to Settings > Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, check that the purchase completed in your Apple ID purchase history (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions & Purchases).
